- PLEASE NOTE: With these photo slates you must press these upside down so that the heat goes through the slate. Do not heat the paper directly as this will cause the paper to burn and the finish will not be as required. Using a silicone mat will help to sublimate on the rough edges of the slate to create a seamless image.

Important: Slate products are made from a natural material and are uniquely cut and and so sizes will vary. Whilst the size will be as close as to what is described we cannot guarantee the exact sizing due to the nature of the product.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same state as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
